Hasbro showcases latest Fortnite blasters at New York Toy Fair

Published on: 20th February 2019

The Nerf Fortnite AR-L and Microshots Assortment follow the October unveiling of the SP-L blaster.

The Nerf Fortnite AR-L blaster is inspired by the blaster used in Fortnite, replicating the look and colours of the one from the popular video game.

This Nerf Elite blaster features motorised dart blasting; kids can power up the motor with the acceleration button and pull the trigger to shoot one dart. The AR-L comes with a 10-dart clip and 20 Official Nerf Elite Fortnite darts, giving Fortnite fans enough to fully load the clip with 10 backup darts left over for reloading. The two flip-up sights on the top of the blaster will help to align the shot, while the official Nerf darts, constructed of foam with flexible, hollow tips, are designed for distance, and tested and approved for performance and quality.

The Nerf Microshots series offers collectible, mini-sized Nerf toy blasters. Capturing the iconic look of the original blasters, but in a scrunched-down style all their own, their look and size makes them ideal additions to any Nerf collection.

Blasters in this assortment include the TS, RL, and Llama. Each blaster includes two Official Nerf Elite darts and fires one dart at a time with hand-powered action; kids can load one dart into the front of the blaster, pull down the handle to prime, and pull the trigger to fire. Each blaster is sold separately, so Fortnite fans can enjoy collecting the whole series.

The Nerf Fortnite AR-L blaster and Nerf Microshots are available at Smyths from 5th April, and nationwide from 19th April.
