Brainstorm launches sustainable Arts & Craft range

Create N Colour; Magic Paint kits create 3D models and will be on show on the Brainstorm stand at next week’s London Toy Fair.

Brainstorm will launch a raft of new products at this year’s trade shows, expanding the company’s portfolio which now includes an exclusive distribution deal, in the UK & Ireland, for Create N Colour; Magic Paint with water.

The opening range includes six themed sets merchandised in three assorted CDUs. The kits allow children to construct cute 3D models and then use a refillable water brush to magically reveal each model’s colourful design. The products feature a unique technology so that when the models dry out, the colour fades but can be reactivated using the water brush. Kids simply build, paint with water, leave to dry and repeat. These take-along-kits contain everything required to complete the projects and so are perfect for travel. The first themed sets include Fun Farm Friends, Sea’Sational and It’s My Nature.

The company has been implementing robust practices over the past few years to ensure that its sustainability goals are met in line with its own stringent targets, and the compliance team outlined its goals for 2024 and beyond to Toy World in an interview here.

Debra Tiffany, Marketing manager at Brainstorm, commented: “We are conscious that many retailers and consumers are on the lookout for more sustainable options when it comes to kids products. Create N Colour ticks a lot of boxes. Not only is it made from FSC materials, with plastic-free packaging but the products can be used again and again, making them a really cost-effective impulse purchase.”

Brainstorm has a special opening order deal which includes selected free stock and materials and will enable retailers to host in-store Create N Colour activity events.

Brainstorm will be on Stand E79 at London Toy Fair. The company’s range can also be found at Nuremberg Toy Fair (Hall 12, Stand B-03-12), and at Spring Fair at the NEC (Hall 5 Stand L10).
