Published on: 12th June 2018

Rainbow’s customers can now tap into a new online ordering experience thanks to the enhanced website.

The new website has been designed to be easy to navigate and give the user a rich level of functionality that customers expect of a modern B2B website. The customer experience is enhanced with fresh, bright and colourful graphics and images, product details and lifestyle imagery. The new site now features 360 degree product images, brand video clips and links to the company’s social media activity, making it quick and simple to use whilst providing a more engaging and informative experience.

Anthony Temple, Rainbow Designs’ managing director, commented: “The design and upgrade of the new website is an important part of our company strategy, with the objective of embracing the best of modern digital technology applied to The Home of Classic Characters. We’re delighted not only to be bringing the very best online experience to our customers, but to launch a site with exciting new benefits and opportunities for expansion and greater improvements to come.”

He continued: “Our new website offers our customers 24/7 order capability and a more immersive brand experience. We have worked hard to ensure that every stage of the browsing, selection and ordering process is as seamless and as simple as possible. Although we went live only a week ago, I am pleased to say that the early customer feedback has been very positive.”

To encourage existing and new customers to engage with the new site, Rainbow is offering customers a 5% discount on their first order placed online by 31st July 2018 (terms and conditions apply).
