Published on: 2nd November 2020

Ask The Experts aims to support the online parenting community, working with top UK experts across nutrition, play, development and sleep.

Ask The Experts

Baby Annabell has teamed up with top UK experts across nutrition, play, development and sleep to offer virtual advice and support to its online community in its new ‘Ask The Experts’ campaign.

In the lead up to Christmas, Baby Annabell will be working with family food guru and weaning expert Annabel Karmel, parenting and sleep coach Heidi Skudder (The Parent and Baby Coach), toy expert, Dr Amanda Gummer, play and development expert Danielle Manton-Kelly (The Enchanted Nanny) and nutritionist and co-author of Wean in 15, Charlotte Stirling-Reed (SR Nutrition), in a bid to inspire play and offer parents and care-givers helpful advice and tools surrounding development, nutrition and sleep.

Each of the experts will provide exclusive tips and information in their respective area and will take part in a public Q&A via the brand’s Instagram channel. The aim of the campaign is to support parents and carers whilst at home with their little ones, showing the value of doll play and supporting imaginations. In addition, there will be competitions and opportunities for followers to win their own Baby Annabell bundles before Christmas.

The campaign kicked off on 27th October, with Danielle Manton-Kelly sharing her expertise based on a childcare career spanning 16 years. With a passion for creating the best learning and play environments for children, she advised parents on how to ensure their families get the most stimulation through play and learning essential nurturing skills with Baby Annabell dolls. Followers can watch Danielle’s Q&A via Baby Annabell’s Instagram highlights.

From 30th October to 2nd November, Annabel Karmel will offer exclusive recipes on the Baby Annabell Instagram channel. She will also provide tips on how to support children in developing healthy eating habits – alongside play – and answers questions through the official Baby Annabell Instagram channel. The activity will support the Baby Annabell Lunch Time range.

During November, Dr Amanda Gummer will be hosting a blog on the Baby Annabell website with a key focus on how Baby Annabell dolls help children learn and build nurturing skills, which are essential for social and emotional development.

From 9th November to 23rd November, Heidi Skudder will be offering advice and answering questions in a third Q&A regarding the importance of sleep and a bedtime routine. She will focus on how the Baby Annabell Sweet Dreams range encourages a loving bedtime routine through its realistic features and accessories.

On 9th December, Charlotte Stirling-Reed, the final Baby Annabell expert, will be offering nutritional advice to encourage families to eat well together, sharing her advice and tips on the importance of a healthy eating.
