Exhibitor applications for Toy Fair 2023 are now open

Published on: 11th April 2022

Following a hugely successful 2022 event, Toy Fair will return to Olympia London from 24th-26th January 2023.

The British Toy & Hobby Association, the organiser of London Toy Fair, has today announced that exhibitor applications for Toy Fair 2023 are now open. Toy Fair is to return to Olympia London from 24th-26th January 2023, across the Grand and National Halls.

Toy Fair brings together toys and games manufacturers, distributors and retailers under one roof across three busy days and welcomes companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to large, renowned brands.

Companies can view 2023 rates and space package options and apply to exhibit directly via the Toy Fair website – www.toyfair.co.uk. Exhibitors who pay a 25% deposit by 4th May will benefit from a 3% early booking discount.

Majen Immink, director of Fairs and Special Events, said: “Despite the challenging circumstances we faced last year, we were overwhelmed with the support we received from the industry and were delighted that we were able to put on a successful event. The positive feedback we have received since the show has highlighted how important it is for the industry to do business in person again. We are now very much looking forward to the return of Toy Fair 2023 in January, in what will hopefully be in more normal circumstances.”

Toy Fair exhibitor Daniel Tavender, managing director of Epoch Making Toys, added: “After a successful and hugely enjoyable return this year, the team at Epoch Making Toys is already looking forward to next year’s London Toy Fair. It’s the perfect way to start the year, giving us the chance to spend time with our valued customers and share our exciting new products for 2023.”

Hannah Martyr, Sales & Marketing director at The Den Kit Company, which exhibited for the first time in 2022, commented: “Exhibiting at The Toy Fair had been on our ‘wish list’ for a while. We were therefore absolutely over the moon to finally introduce our outside play brand in the Greenhouse Zone this January – a fabulously nurturing, friendly and exciting place for small brands like ours to experience the full force of Toy Fair. Within an hour of opening on that first day, we were living the dream, meeting both existing stockists face to face (often for the first time ever thanks to the pandemic) as well as many toy buyers from our ‘dream-target-list’.”

Hannah continued: “There is simply no replacement for the person-to-person, product-in-hand contact that Toy Fair offers – and we are still welcoming new stockists and orders as a direct response to those introductions. Aside from orders and new stockists we’ve made friends, gained valuable insights into the industry and renewed our commitment to spreading the joy of outdoor, sustainable, child-led play.”

Visitor registration will go live on the Toy Fair website in September. For all Toy Fair enquiries please contact Rebecca@btha.co.uk  or call 020 7701 7127 to speak to the Toy Fair team. Readers can stay up to date with all the latest news on Twitter @ToyFairUK and via the Toy Fair website.
