IMC Toys announces latest Club Petz additions

Published on: 1st May 2018

New arrivals for autumn/winter 18 include Bowie, Your Real Kissing Puppy, Mystery Mao, and Dancing Peewee.

The Club Petz Funny range will also be welcoming a new member to the family in the form of a musical but clumsy penguin, Dancing Peewee.

The new releases will be supported with strategic multi-faceted marketing campaigns, hitting a number of consumer touch points, including digital, targeted influencer activity and integrated PR. IMC is investing in heavyweight TV with over 4200 TVRs planned in April-December.

Bowie, Your Real Kissing Puppy jumps up and gives kisses when he is picked up, and his tail wags when he and his owner play together. He also comes with his own bone shaped water bottle, which kids can use to make sure he gives soggy kisses. If Bowie is left alone for too long, he will become lonely and call for attention.

Mystery Mao is the bewitched mind reading cat. Kids can use their magic wand to bewitch him and hear him speak, and can talk with him and play games to see if he can guess that they’re thinking about. Mao tells jokes and guesses any animal, sport or item of clothing. Mystery Mao purrs when his head is stroked and hisses when kids touch the end of his tail. Mao also knows what time is it, so in the morning he will ask his owner if they have had their breakfast and if they slept well, and in the afternoon he will check how their day has been.

Dancing Peewee, the latest addition to Club Petz Funny, will dance with just a squeeze of his wing. Peewee will sing and dance along to three songs, but is a clumsy penguin so will sometimes fall over. He doesn’t like his tuft of hair being pulled and will complain if kids tug it.
