Dreamtex welcomes Moon and Me to bedding portfolio

Published on: 24th October 2019

The enchanting series has captured the imaginations of the pre-school audience since it made its on-air debut earlier this year.

Boutique bedding specialist Dreamtex has partnered with Sutikki to add the delightful Moon and Me property to its pre-school bedding portfolio.

The company has designed a beautiful collection of bedding, towels and blankets featuring Pepi Nana, Moon Baby and other  Toy House friends from the series. A Moon and Me Let’s Race reversible duvet and pillowcase set in both junior and single sizes has just been released in time for Christmas, with more Tiddle Toddle-inspired designs to follow in spring. The licensing agreement also includes cushions, curtains and ponchos.

Anthony Duckworth, MD of Dreamtex, commented: “We have been looking forward to launching Moon and Me for a long time now, and we believe we have an incredibly appealing catalogue of designs to complement the story-telling and musical themes of the show. This is the perfect collaboration for Dreamtex; when children wish their favourite characters goodnight at the end of each episode, they can then fall happily asleep under their Moon and Me duvet. It has been no surprise to us to hear how warmly Moon and Me has been received by pre-schoolers and their parents, and we are excited to see the reaction to our textiles range as it continues to grow over the coming months.”

Stephen Gould, head of territory UK & EMEA, Sutikki says: “Our affiliation with Dreamtex is a perfect brand alignment and licensing partnership for Moon and Me, which promotes the link between quality bedtime stories and good sleep. To have Dreamtex enter the market earlier than usual, compared with a standard licensing roll-out programme, is tantamount to both the quickly-established brand popularity of Moon and Me as well as the overall design quality from this stalwart blue-ribbon licensee.”
