Orchard Toys premieres 2021 “Toy Fair” show reel

Published on: 21st January 2021

Orchard Toys’ Simon Prest and special guest Gavin Inskip from Toy Fair TV take a look at what the company has lined up for 2021.

Bringing all the fun of the toy fairs to a virtual setting, the film has been produced to bring a little light relief to the trade, by educational games and jigsaws manufacturer Orchard Toys. The company kicked off its Virtual Toy Fair with a video of Simon and Gavin at Olympia followed by a  Zoom meeting between the duo.

The video is hosted on a dedicated website that the company has set up exclusively for the Toy Fair season, and can be accessed here.

The Orchard Toy Fair website not only hosts the spoof show reel, but gives retailers the chance to book a virtual meeting with their account manager and presents videos of each of the company’s new lines for 2021. The Orchard’s broadest launch to date covers a variety of themes, including unicorns, dinosaurs, mermaids and more, with a range of price points and educational values.

Sales director Simon Prest commented: ‘We are obviously disappointed not to be at the toy fairs this year, but we wanted to do something fun and a little bit different, which is in the spirit of how we usually approach the toy fairs. The website is a great platform to be able to share our new range and also offers customers a simple solution for meeting with their account managers in the virtual world we’re all living in right now.’

Orchard Toys is offering an extended Orchard Toy Fair period from now until 26th February, in order to give retailers and buyers plenty of opportunity to book a virtual meeting at their leisure. All customers who book an appointment for a virtual meeting will also receive an exclusive ‘no-show offer’ from the company. To “click, book, zoom,” visit the link on the website here.
