Smart Games unveils XXL versions of its best-selling brain busters

Published on: 17th June 2021

Jump In, Squirrels Go Nuts and IQ Puzzler Pro are now available with larger boards and pieces, plus extra challenges to complete.

Smart Games has announced the arrival of XXL versions of three of its best-selling games.

Jump In’ XXL is full of character, fun and mind-boggling challenges. The aim of the game is to get the rabbits to the safety of their burrows by manoeuvring around the board, which is now four time times bigger. Players can only slide the foxes and jump over the mushrooms. What may seem like a simple solution soon becomes a challenge, offering the perfect way to encourage children aged seven and over to plan, problem solve and use logical thinking. The XXL version includes an additional 40 ‘black rabbit’ challenges on top of the 60 original challenges.

Squirrels Go Nuts has also enjoyed an XXL makeover and now promises extra-large pieces, extra squirrels and even more challenges. Children six and over are invited to discover this extreme version of Smart’s global best-selling compact game, as they find out whether they can hide all the nuts (except the black one) on a game board four times larger than the original. The XXL version includes 40 additional ‘black nut’ challenges as well as the previous 60.

The popular IQ range welcomes the arrival of IQ Puzzler Pro XXL, a big game with three playing grids, offering huge play value. This version is eight times larger than Smart’s original global bestseller. With 188 challenges to complete from easy to expert, players can enjoy 68 additional 2D/3D pyramid challenges compared to the original game. Stimulating cognitive skills including concentration, problem solving and spatial insight, the IQ Puzzler Pro tests players to try and solve the challenge presented in the booklet. To start they must copy the challenge picture and then fill in the empty spaces with the remaining puzzle pieces.

Commenting on the launch of the new XXL games, Karen Clarke, UK brand director of Smart Toys and Games, said: “We are delighted to unveil our new XXL games – the chunky pieces are super fun and ideal to play both indoors and outside in the garden, giving these games a brilliant twist. These three games offer larger, more tactile pieces, lots more challenges to complete, bigger play value and plenty of extra fun. The bigger size makes them a fantastic gift to buy anyone who loves a brain busting challenge and with all the extra challenges to complete, these three games will have little ones engaged for hours.”
