Sylvanian Families heading to Gloworm Festival

Published on: 16th August 2019

Epoch making toys will be returning to Gloworm Festival this summer with iconic toy brand Sylvanian Families and craft brand Aquabeads.

Aimed at children aged 0-13 years, this year’s Gloworm Festival takes place on 17th – 18th August in Thoresby Park, Nottinghamshire, in the heart of Sherwood Forest.

Sylvanian Families mascots Freya and Ralph will have daily performances on the main stage then host meet and greets afterwards, so fans can get up close with their favourite characters.

Dioramas featuring the latest Sylvanian Families products and popular vintage items will be on display, plus play tables will be available for children to have fun with the new sets. Mascot characters Freya, Ralph and Tiffany will be visiting the stand throughout the day, giving out goodie bags, and there will be various competitions to take part in.

Epoch’s arts and craft brand Aquabeads will host its popular Demo Days during the festival, giving visitors a hands-on experience making their own colourful bead creations which they can then take home with them. There will also be an exciting creation display and an exclusive competition.

Epoch is currently running a competition across its social channels to win 5 x Family Weekend Camping tickets to the festival.

Yuki Otsuka, marketing manager of Epoch, said: “We’re really excited to be attending Gloworm Festival again, introducing our brands to a new audience in a really fun and engaging setting. This is the strongest line-up yet for this fantastic festival and we’re looking forward to being a part of it.”
