The latest Toy World recruitment round-up – more roles added

Spin Master and Rainbow Designs are among the latest companies looking to fill vacancies through Toy World’s popular recruitment section.

Spin Master is looking for a Sales Assistant to actively help and support the GSM/NAM and other members of the account team to maximise sales, reporting and promotional activity with some of the company’s biggest customers. Suitable candidates will have a minimum two years’ experience in a similar role in the CPG or toy industry preferred, while retail experience either at store level or retail planning experience would be an asset. Rainbow Designs has three vacancies to fill. The ‘Home of Classic Characters’ is a 50 year old growing business, working with leading classic brands such as Paddington Bear, Peter Rabbit, Winnie the Pooh, Guess How Much I Love You and The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

The company is looking for a National Account Controller to help drive its ambitious growth plans over the next few years. The role covers sales management, hands-on business development and strategic planning, and would suit an individual who is innovative, highly organised and energetic. The successful candidate will have experience in a multi-channel retail sales environment as well as experience of managing people. The role will be home-based with visits to the Hammersmith office. The company is also seeking a Field Sales Manager – Independent & Key Account to manage the Field Sales Team in a way which enhances and grows Rainbow Designs’ independent and key account areas. Finally, Rainbow Designs is looking to appoint a Midlands Territory Manager, an exciting new role which will expand the field sales team and help the company achieve its  growth plans over the next few years. The role will involve looking after existing accounts and building new ones at a diverse range of retailers including garden centres, toy shops, nursery stores and visitor attractions. Field Sales Manager is being sought by Epoch Making Toys to look after the Midlands territory for the company. In time, the Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for a number of key accounts for the business. There will also be management of four external sales representatives and agents, along with associated administration of that role.
