A donation of 15 hairpieces is being made through the Hats By Joe programme to children at New York Presbyterian Komansky Children’s Hospital.

Children suffering from medical hair loss are being given the gift of hair and play thanks to a new partnership between IMC Toys’ newest collectible brand launch, VIP Pets, and Hair We Share.

The collectible toy brand and the American charity, which was founded in 2014, are working on a series of donations that will provide hairpieces to children in need, restoring a sense of normalcy to these kids’ lives.

To mark the start of the partnership, a donation of 15 hairpieces is being made through the Hats By Joe programme to children at New York Presbyterian Komansky Children’s Hospital. The programme provides baseball hats with hair attached at the backs and sides as quick, easy and comfortable aid in restoring confidence and improving the lives of children suffering from medical hair loss.

The pieces will be delivered in special care packages courtesy of VIP Pets, IMC Toys’ new collectible range of fashionable pets. Included in each care package will be a new VIP Pets Glitter Twist series to play with and enjoy, bringing yet more happiness to the lucky recipient. VIP Pets Glitter Twist feature glitter woven into 12 inches of colourful, long hair, and each comes in one of six new sparkly blind packs that include nine surprise accessories for endless styling possibilities.

VIP Pets and Hair We Share will continue the partnership throughout 2021, donating wigs and custom care packages in order to further the goal of making a positive difference in the lives of those suffering from hair loss due to medical conditions.
