Wow! Stuff (slightly) reveals new brands for Distoy

Published on: 17th May 2019

Wow! Stuff is set to unveil its latest pop culture and toy innovations, as well as its new brands, at this year’s Distoy.

Hot on the heels of what looks likely to be one of the hottest items to launch this year, Wow! Stuff’s Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak, the company is preparing to unveil yet more pop culture and toy innovations, along with new brands, at this year’s Distoy.

It’ll be only the second time that Wow! Stuff has attended Distoy, as commercial director Dawn Lavalette explains: “In the past we attended the show to meet distributors in showroom one-on-ones, but Distoy has now become a ‘must exhibit’ show for product manufacturers like ourselves. The show has got a great vibe, and as our business has become global the time is right to make Distoy a permanent place to be. We look forward to meeting our partner distributors for early review of spring/summer 2020 and autumn/winter 2020 ranges.”

Wow! Stuff will be represented by EMEA director of sales, Wibo Westdijk, director of sales Asia Pacific Alice Yung, and Dawn Lavalette, who represents overall global sales.

Big name brands boasting the ‘Wow’ factor for 2020, which Wow! Stuff describe as “largely secret for now”, include; T****s W***d T**r, M*****s, J******c W***d, D****y and the ** Universe of characters. New categories included in the company’s portfolio for the first time include pre-school, girls 5-8, boys and girls 7-12, and pop culture fan-based lifestyle products from Harry Potter to Rick and Morty and much, much more.
