Kara Tointon to launch Arokah at London Toy Fair

Published on: 18th January 2018

Arokah will be officially unveiled on the Asmodee UK stand by actress Kara Tointon and inventor Steve C. Brazier.

Arokah represents the ultimate multi-puzzle challenge. Based on a new mathematical discovery by Brazier, Arokah reveals previously unknown properties of a hexagon; a set of 23 shapes that combine to create extraordinary patterns.

According to Asmodee, Kara’s empathy for learning makes her an ideal ambassador for the game. Her BBC documentary, Kara Tointon: Don’t Call Me Stupid, on her lifelong battle with dyslexia, prompted Steve C. Brazier to reach out even before Arokah had been developed as a commercial product, and since 2013 Kara has been part of the team helping to bring Arokah to the world as a challenge accessible to all ages and abilities.

Arokah, with its evocative and intriguing designs, is a difficult and addictive puzzle challenge that will test players’ resolve, patience and determination to the limit.

Each set of Arokah contains the Arokah shapes, 12 puzzle challenges and a double-sided playing board with a welcome guide and instructions. Players journey through six levels of Arokah before taking on the Master Challenges.

Visitors to the Asmodee UK stand (E109) at 12pm on Toy Fair’s Press Day can discover the mystery of Arokah as it is officially launched by Kara.
