Super Wings reaches No. 8 in top 10 properties

Published on: 13th June 2018

Alpha Animation’s pre-school property reaches new heights in the new properties total market, according to latest NPD figures.

The brand has clocked up millions in global sales, and in the UK the launch of a robust licensing programme, coupled with dual broadcasting on both Tiny Pop and Cartoonito, has served to meet the increasing demand for the property.

Mark Hyndman, general manager UK and Ireland, Alpha Animation and Toys, commented: “These results are not only testament to the fantastic work of the UK team and support of our retail partners, but importantly they highlight the insatiable appetite for quality content and CP from our consumer audiences. It has been our ambition to see Super Wings fly to a top spot, and this sets the scene for a pipeline of exciting new products and activity into 2019.”

Super Wings’ leading position in the pre-school market will be further supported by Alpha Animation and Toys UK, with a comprehensive schedule of new content and product development planned into 2019 and beyond.
