Marvin’s Magic achieves best-seller ranking on Amazon

Published on: 23rd December 2020

Marvin’s products are currently the No. 1-6 best-sellers on the platform.

The top six best-selling products in the Magic Tricks category on Amazon are all from Marvin’s Magic.

Marvin’s Magic has seen its online business more than triple this year as customers rushed to stock up on award-winning magic for Christmas and to keep families occupied at home. As a result, Amazon’s Magic Tricks category currently lists Marvin’s Magic products in the first six best-seller slots on the site.

Managing director Tom Hudson said: “It is a massive compliment to see our items rank so well on the biggest retail platform in the world. Amazon trades on reviews, and as we have always put quality and innovation at the centre of our product design and development, we’re pleased to see customers really responding to it.”

He adds: “One of my early aspirations as MD was to increase our focus on our digital revenues. I’m lucky to work with a very progressive team that supported and implemented an Amazon strategy which saw us completely change our approach to the platform, giving the brand control of pricing, product and advertising. This has allowed us to scale the business in a way previously not possible.”

Outside of Amazon, Marvin’s Magic has expressed a strong desire to help all its partners grow their online offering. To this end, the company has a team dedicated to this sector, as Tom explains: “We have invested heavily in an eCommerce department which will support all retailers looking to grow their online business with us next year. The team will assist partners with optimisation and assets, to ensure they are positioned in the best place possible to ride the ‘magic wave’ of online trade.”
