Just Play asks Toy Fair visitors #ThinkYouCanSlink?

Published on: 20th January 2022

The company has challenged visitors to the trade fair to slink down to the Just Play stand at London Toy Fair and test their Slinky skills.

With a specially designed Slinky Wall at the company’s London Toy Fair stand (B60), Just Play UK will showcase one of the world’s most iconic retro toys by presenting attendees with the ultimate #ThinkYouCanSlink? challenge.

“We have created a Slinky sized ‘try me’ staircase providing the perfect opportunity to have some fun with the product,” commented Just Play’s head of Marketing Communications, Katie Gritt. “The iconic, original Slinky is one of the most simple yet genius toy designs of the 20th century.”

Visitors taking part will have their fastest time entered onto the #ThinkYouCanSlink? Leader Board. The rules state that the Slinky must go from the top to bottom of the stairs, and each competitor will be given three chances to bag the quickest time. There will be a winner each day, who will win a fun Slinky bundle.

Using the #ThinkYouCanSlink? hashtag, Just Play will be able to track social engagement during the show and encourage participants to share their attempts on their social channels. Adhering to Covid regulations, the challenge is designed with social distancing in mind and full sanitisation between uses.
