Preshow Noel Deauville opens doors to successful show

The Preshow Noel opened its doors on Monday 21st November when the many international visitors enjoyed an opening night cocktail party.

Preshow Noël Toys & Games, one of the leading European Toys & Games events for the Christmas 2023 period, says it offers one of the best opportunities for buyers and retailers to preview trends, first-look samples, new products, flagship ranges and must-have toys and games for next year’s festive season.

The second day of the Preshow in Deauville welcomed 63 international buyers from twelve countries including the UK, Belgium, Switzerland ,Germany, Poland, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Moldavia. The organisers were deighted to welcome Padraig Smyth of Smyths toys and his team who were in attendance for this first time.

Among the 130+ manufacturers registered for the Christmas Preshow, UK companies in attendance included teams from Funko, Moose Toys, United Wheels, Just Play and Yoto. Games company Asmodee is exhibiting in an entire villa for the first time this year. At the end of the second day of the show, a welcome cocktail party was organised for international buyers.

The five-day in-person event boasts a unique concept: pre-arranged business meetings, held in comfortable private showrooms, take place between toy and game suppliers and the totality of the French distribution network, as well as a selection of top European buyers and distributors including decision-makers, buyers from specialised and generalist distributors, eCommerce specialists and multiple specialists.
